At our UK service centre in Wilmslow, Cheshire, your hoist will receive the care it deserves from the very hands that designed & built it. We are the only service centre where your hoist can be serviced by the original equipment manufacturer, ensuring precision and authenticity in every service.
We believe in maintaining the integrity of your hoist, which is why our onsite service department exclusively uses genuine spare parts. Standalone Servicing
We recognize that hoist maintenance needs vary, which is why we offer flexible standalone servicing options to suit your needs. Whether it is a minor annual service or a comprehensive major service, our experienced staff are equipped to manage all your servicing needs with precision and expertise. With our standalone servicing, you have the flexibility to schedule maintenance as required, ensuring optimal performance and longevity for your hoists. Choose from: a Minor Service or Major Service to suit your requirements.
Comprehensive 3-Year Service Package
For those seeking a more proactive approach to hoist maintenance, our 3-year service package offers an all-inclusive solution. With this package, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your hoists are covered for scheduled maintenance over the course of three years. Our package includes: 2 Minor Services & 1 Major Service.
With our proactive approach, you will never have to worry about missing a service appointment again. We will send you timely reminders when your hoist is due for maintenance, allowing you to stay focused on your operations while we take care of the rest.
Available on New & Used Hoists (under 10 years old if serviced regularly from purchase).
Extended Warranty – Currently only available in the UK

Effective immediately, all hoists purchased from new with a 3-year service plan, directly from Didsbury Engineering will benefit from an extended 3-year warranty.
