Delivery & Returns

We aim to deliver all items within 5 working days. If your order should be any longer than this, one of our team will call you.

Although every effort is made to deliver your goods within the specified time, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for deliveries being late or lost. We will endeavour to despatch within 24 hours on all items.

If upon delivery any item is damaged, not of correct quantity or does not comply with the description, please endorse the delivery document accordingly. Additionally you must advise our offices within 7 working days.

We can only consider claims if the above conditions are met.
Please note that owing to lack of traceability we do not send any orders by post.
