Didsbury: Quality management system (QMS)

Didsbury Engineering Co Limited have a quality management system ISO 9001:2015 that is a formalised system that documents processes, procedures and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. Didsbury as part of The MEL Group operates a QMS in order to coordinate and direct the organisations activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements, and improve its effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis.

 

The systems objective is to reduce the number of customer complaints by implementing preventive and corrective actions to maintain customer satisfaction.
